We, the undersigned, believe that Gaile Owens has demonstrated remorse for her crime and has worked relentlessly to rehabilitate herself. We believe that she has earned her release and is ready to re-enter society. Beyond that, we believe that Gaile has much to teach our community and that she will only continue to grow into the role she has served in prison: as a mentor and leader of others.
Everyone is welcome to sign the petition, but only signatures from Tennessee residents will be presented to the Parole Board.
